Lady Justice is usually depicted wearing a blindfold to represent objectivity and impartiality that is expected from justice in democracy. That’s how it’s supposed to be. Is it actually the case, when interests of powerful cabinet members are weighted against the interests of an individual?

It has been known throughout history that people in high positions who abuse power refuse to see things the way they are. Sadly, the same applies to the current Department of Education.

For over 4.5 years I have been forced to work on resolving a case that is based on creating debt by creating internal records which are not backed with actual lending and borrowing transactions and the corresponding documents.
Isn’t this nice – I just write down in my computer that somebody owes me money and BOOM, that person owes me money.
Who can operate this way?
One of the largest financial institutions in this…

Yet another collection agency, Action Financial Services, LLC, was assigned to support the Department of Education’s continued extortion attempts that are enforced through usage of fabricated documents, involuntary servitude, harassment, abuse of power and bullying. The previous collection agency, Windham Professionals, Inc. disappeared after I requested debt validation. Similarly, every other collection…

Case 1 featured on this website keeps growing. I received a letter from the Department of Education that contained additional threats and more bullying and harassment focused statements. At the same time, it is becoming increasingly clear that the monetary demands are not valid and are supported by usage of fraudulent means.
The Department of Education used document…

So, here is a challenge to the people at the Department of Education and to their debt collector business partners. Let’s get to the bottom of this alleged student loan debt case by actually addressing the problems listed in the Underlying Problems that Continue to Escalate section below. So far, the Department of Education has been doing its best to avoid actually addressing these problems. So, the problems continue to escalate.
Keep…

Maybe I am naive. Maybe usage of involuntary servitude, document fabrication, bullying and abuse of power by a major U.S. government institution is no big deal to people in Washington. I personally find it shocking. If I would not have experienced these events myself and would see Web articles like the letters sent to Mr. John B. King Jr., Secretary of Education, I probably would have hard time believing that the content of these letters describes real life events.…

In my previous letter to Mr. John B. King Jr. I asked for an explanation of the wrongdoings that have been documented on StopExtortion.org – deliberate usage of involuntary servitude, document fabrication, bullying and abuse of power by the Department of Education.
People at the Department of Education cannot deny the…

I was contacted by yet another collection agency, Windham Professionals, Inc. regarding the alleged student loans. The previous collection agency, Central Research, Inc. disappeared after I requested debt validation. Similarly, every other collection company that the Department of Education has assigned to this case during the over 4 year period of time has disappeared. The Department of Education is fully aware that no…

Yet another student loan collection agency is demonstrating lack of integrity. These collection agencies that have been involved in this case, all use a business model, where they make outrageous demands and impose their terms of business on the case that they are handling. When I request debt validation and it turns out that the demands are baseless, they just disappear, expecting that there will be no consequences for them.
Let’s see, if the same applies to…

Why don’t we have Department of Education that is managed so, that the employees excel at problem solving, instead of being good at creating problems? Why don’t we have Department of Education that is managed so, that the employees act with integrity, instead of running malicious schemes?
I attended the state owned Rhode Island College from 1990-1996. I received Rhode Island College Honors Scholarship, Pell Grant and work-study financial aid that covered the…

Did you know that involuntary servitude is considered a “private matter” by our legal system? I didn’t, but the U.S. Department of Justice says so. We can learn something new every day.
Involuntary servitude is pretty nasty stuff. It is especially appalling, when a government institution, such as the Department of Education, knowingly and purposely uses it in order to achieve…

I requested student loan debt validation from Immediate Credit Recovery, Inc., one of Department of Education’s business partners. In response I did not receive any of the requested documents, but I did receive other people’s private information together with partial copies of my financial aid applications. The interesting aspect of it is, that in 4 years the Department of Education has not been able to furnish any credible evidence that would show that their monetary demands…

Here we go again – my non-existent student loans were assigned to another collection agency. Of course, there are no bank loans and nobody is collecting any money. There is no money to be made from non-existent loans, people!
I graduated from college in 1996. The Department of Education established its records in 2008, showing that I have a large number of outstanding student loans. I received a collection letter in December of 2011, and have been requesting…
